The project involved the preparation of preliminary and main design documentation required for obtaining a construction permit for the Regional Center for Waste Management “Kalenić,” serving 11 municipalities across the Kolubara region.
Located near the town of Ub, the facility is designed to provide sustainable regional waste management through the construction of a new sanitary landfill, supporting infrastructure, and the remediation of the existing landfill site.
Period: Phase II: 2023 – Ongoing
Enviro System was engaged to provide consultancy services for the preparation of studies, conceptual designs, and tender documentation for the continued development of the Regional Waste Management Centre “Kalenić.” The assignment includes technical assessment, preparation of design concepts, and integration of environmental and social requirements in accordance with EBRD standards and national regulations.
